4650 LSPM
Compact mixer with LSPM motor
Flygt 4650 LSPM combines a fixed-speed compact mixer with a line-start permanent-magnet motor. The LSPM design uses synchronous-motor efficiency while retaining direct-on-line starting. Its 50 Hz brochure lists 5–7 kW power, 900–2,000 N thrust and a 580 mm propeller. Backswept blades and a wide hub are designed for fibre handling. It is distinct from the standard 4650; assess motor construction, power supply and required thrust together.
Final performance and suitability are verified for the selected model and duty point.
UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION
A solution for your application.
Application areas
Activated sludge and biological treatment basins · Equalisation and sludge holding tanks · Processes requiring solids suspension
Selection considerations
Determine thrust and positioning from tank dimensions, liquid level and solids concentration. Motor power alone is insufficient for selection.
Share tank dimensions, liquid level, temperature and solids concentration with our technical team. We can assess thrust, mixing objectives and installation together.
