F 3153
N-technology wastewater chopper pump
Flygt F 3153 combines N hydraulics and a chopper insert ring for demanding wastewater service. A Hard-Iron impeller and replaceable ring help cut fibrous and difficult solids. The pump uses a Plug-in seal unit with the Active Seal system. Configuration-dependent cooling and installation options support assessment for wet-well or dry arrangements. Published 50 Hz ratings span 7.5–15 kW, with 80, 100 and 150 mm discharge options.
Final performance and suitability are verified for the selected model and duty point.
UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION
A solution for your application.
Application areas
Heavy-duty wastewater and sludge transfer · Food, pulp and paper processes · Agricultural waste and aquaculture facilities
Selection considerations
Establish solids size, fibrous content, sump geometry and minimum liquid level. Drainage and sewage pumps have different application limits.
Share your operating conditions with our technical team. We can assess liquid compatibility, hydraulic duty point and installation requirements together to identify the suitable variant.
